And as a sidenote, the brain activity can be pushed up with coffee or better the caffeine in it.
So if you lack on ideas in RCT or NL, drink a hot cup of it. It will help you out, not allways, but mostly .

Drinking your required amount of water for the day can help as well, not only that but you won't get addicted to it, there won't be any downsides and it'll boost your everything!
