i think i have used up all my creative juices when it comes to scenery design so i have decided to stick to just track building for now. all my projects from now on will be getting a simple station design and the supports, just until my creative juices start flowing again.

Ouch, sounds like a creativity crisis, huh?!

Sometimes things like this happens, but don't worry it will be over at some point.
Everyone knows problems like yours. If its in RCT or somewhere else (college, job).

If you only build tracks, maybe you should do some collabs with some members here.
In a collab both members can learn from each other and maybe it helps you out of your creativity whole a bit faster.

Or go on a trip, doesn't matter if you visit amusement parks (like i do) or visit citys or other things to become different inputs of architecture, etc.
A lot of things outside the PC/laptop are helful to let the juice flow again
