tried getting that forum up before I come looking for you guys and it wouldn't work, will go try again now though. glad to know it's not my specs though as the shop isn't good if you make a mistake like that!!!!
I emailed tech support as well, will see what they say!

Atari support cannot do splat, as they don't even have the games source code. However, we have Developer of the game(David B.) and a tech support guy(MBrookes) at that forum, straight from headquaters. They'll be able to help you much more readily
