I'm having troubles getting Doughnuts water particles on the tipping bucket to work. It says I have insufficient access. I copied the .frw files to the particles.

Make sure you are putting those particles into ParticleEffects folder not Particles.
I would uninstall the folder and reinstall it again. If it still doesn't work let me know.
Do you have soaked and wild? Also, with your new system, make sure you run Compatability to get the correct settings for RCT3 to run on your game. Right click on the icon go to properties and it will open a couple of different tabs. Go to the Compatability tab and change the settings to run on your system. Or use the Compatability troubleshooter if you are not sure.  Smile

Try downloading these files from the Custom Scenery Depot Website
doughnuts_pool_set_beta

DoughnutsPoolStructures

If you install both of those files and particles you should be okay. If not let me know and I'll make a video for you.  Smile
