Hosting Agreement:

You agree by sending an application to RCT3X that you accept the following terms & conditions:

RCT3X is the final arbiter of what IS and IS NOT allowed on sites. RCT3X reserves the right to cancel any membership or hosted account, at any time for any reason without prior notice.

RCT3X is not obliged to maintain back-ups copies of any material submitted or posted on sites.

RCT3X reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By submitting any content, including without limitation, website data, message-board postings, or any chat room statements you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service.

Privacy:

The information we record includes your name, your email address and site details. No 3rd parties will obtain the information.

Site Requirements:

RCT3X requires that all hosted sites maintain the following content is not present on hosted site's accounts:
1. Pornography or Nudity
2. Warez, cracks, roms, emulators, no-cd patches etc.
3. Any copyrighted material without proof of permission from the owner
4. Slander, plagurism or offensive material (including racism and inappropriate words!)
5. Anything deemed illegal under international laws

RCT3X will be the arbiter or what content is or is not allowed.

Advertising:

RCT3X requires that all hosted sites have a RCT3X image on their site (www.rct3x.co.uk/ads.htm).

We also require a banner ad on your site.

Denial of Service:

RCT3X reserves the right to deny hosting to any applicant or currently hosted member at any time without reason.

Member Responsibilities:

You agree to hold RCT3X unaccountable for any costs or damage caused by your site being hosted on our servers.

Hosted members are expected to keep up with news relating to the hosting services RCT3X offers either via the site itself or the forums.

How much space will i get? And will i be able to upload Flash Movies/Games to it?

As much space you need, but its not classed as an unlimited host. We will give you the space you need but must not be misused, e.g. storing songs, videos etc...

You will need FTP if you want to upload large files.

I might apply for one over next month determining the sucess of my flash
