Has anyone else encountered this problem?  If i start to create a park in Custom Scenario, i can make the park as big as i want...and change the backbround...yet if i create one in Sandbox mode, im limited to only the space i start with, and i cant change the background. Ive searched everywhere 4 these options to no avail...some guidance would be most appreciated

Well, you just can't do it in Sandbox mode. That's why I always use Senerio Editor b/c I have more options to choose from. You can create a park in the (S.E) and save it in the Parks folder, then start up Sandbox and play it that way.

Thanx, seems a bit silly though...seing as Sandbox mode is supposed to be Unlimited by constraints and stuff, ive always used custom scenrio be4, but found that after i added the Soaked data disk, increasing the park land, stopped me putting queue lines on rides, it comes up red instead of the usual blue...baffling really.Lost a great park i was working on ggrrrrrr

Yeah that's a known issue that I guess is going to be taken care of. Once you increase you park land you have to re-buy all the land b/c it all zeros out. I don't know why it does taht but it does.

I noticed your a bit of a veteran to this site...good stuff, ive been a veteran of the game since the first one way back, but only discovered the site about 5 days ago, dont suppose you know the release date of Wild? Also saw your stuff with balahs crypt, very good indeed.The best coaster i done was a futuristic ride called Hyperspeed XL, very simple, but boy did it pack a punch, and i just so happened to have the perfect Music track, which was funnily enough called Hyperspeed by an English group called the Prodigy.Rock on

No can do im afraid, lost everything on the great Hard Drive burnup, which occured about 3 months ago, it basically gave up on me, losing me almost everything except my music, which was backed up.Had it been 3 days later it would of been sorted, so it only lasts in my memory.Im currently working on a REAL theme park which resides in Merry England called Thorpe Park, its also my Favorite.Its taken about 3 weeks so far, but is nowhere near done, doubt it wont be done for another month and a half....bit of a perfectionist.But when its done, ill take you on a merry tour sometime, you must remember its not upto the standards of your Cedar Point or SF Magic Mountain, but it is home to the worlds first and ONLY Coaster with 10 inversions, Europes tallest launched coaster, and the largest giant swing in the world.

You should join...really...then we could get to know ya! We are really (I guess we are) a tight knit community...at least in the summer for me!
