Help me please

I put my images saved as BMP and JPG in my documents folder but nothing hapens in the game

It starts off in My Pictures, so you'll need to go up one directory to find it.

And when i'm playing i can´t put billboards from net too

The advertisements from the internet only work for US residents

And Canadian.
