Ok I apologise for probably asking a really stupis question! but how do i get the vips to go on the rides i build for them? not quite sure how the way points helps i have tried putting them right up to the ride but the vips only go so far then stand around looking dumb!! any advice would be appreciated, i find i cannot complete levels with vips!!! thanks

I haven't messed around with the VIPs in a long time. Have you tried placing the way points on the ride? Have you made them a path (start and stop) points?

how do you make them a path?

you will notice when you use the way points, if you direct them to one point and then another, there will be arrows show you the path they will take to get to the point that you set next.

ok i have tried doing that up to the point of the ride, they generally go so far then stop! does that mean i have to continue actually on the ride itself?

yeah put the marker on the ride and see what happens

Try not to choose the path next to the ride, choose the ride 'ticket booth'

Also make sure you have the patch for RCT3. There was a bug about this in the retail
