I used mouseworx and you will need to find out what beelitz used, that may be the problem
custom scenery should not be a problem if a park has custom scenery and the user has not got custom scenery then when the park loads (and it should) the custom scenery should not apper in the park. also this has been proven and also some custom scenery can react with the game so i would check what custom scenery is being used
hope this helps

I have the majority of the custom packs installed (Installed correctly too!), and they all work fine, and I can load parks created with them. This is something else tho... When I try to load the park, I can see the preview in the game, and start loading it. It always chooses to freeze at 62%, and then displays the graphic above...
I don't think it's custom scenery related (As I have already said, they work fine in other parks), maybe it's more to do with patches, or different versions of RCT being used in the past. Maybe my game version is missing a patch that other's have used, and I don't have (or the other way round)
At the end of the day, it still crashes on me, so any more ideas?

Very strange indeed. Well i havent got any patches installed on my computer, so it may be if beelitz has.
have you tried using the .dat.bak file?
I was only ever given the .dat.bak file, and removed the .bak bit so that the scenario editor would recognise it...
I'm running out of ideas on this one...
