Yes. Record the video in RCT3 and then open up Windows Movie maker. Import the video that you created in RCT3 and then export it as a wmv file.

I tried doing this but taking a video slows down the game about ten times.

I think it is has to slow the game down. Does it with my computer to. Anyway do just as tikitik said and you will be fine. Question, do you know a site to upload the video to ?

Recording in RCT3 is ultra slow -frame-by-frame...that's just how it goes. Or you could use FRAPS
