I'm reading the book (which I don't agree with one bit)
I'm not sure I want to go to the movie, because I'd be supporting Dan Brown, who I'm not too fond of.

iv seen it. very long but if they did not follow the book it would not make sence

Why wouldn't you recommend it? I thought it was a very good movie. It was "true to the book"
