Here's a set of 15 images I've made which you can use on your billboards. I've made them to fit the 2/3 billboards in Iceatc's Custom Billboards set except for two which fit the regular 1x1 billboard. They're designed for use in car parks. I'll probably make some more for regular roads eventually.

Anyway, here's the link to the download. Just unzip the folder somewhere, preferably in the My Pictures folder, and then just use them on the billboards in RCT3. Happy carparking!
