I got the game on Monday, and i have been playing it fine, i was messing around with it, and decide to add music from itunes to it. So it started and it said that it may take a minute. I clicked ok, and i second later a message came up saying that there was an unexpected error. It wasn't the end of the world, so i clicked ok, and the game started up. It went through the begining credits, and it then came to the screen where you can pick, play, options, and something else which i forget, but it didn't show those buttons, it just had the little people at the bottom, and the music, and the picture started playing. then after about 3 seconds of that it froze, and quit. I did this many times, and it still happened. Each time when i start it up, it goes into the messages telling me that it will take a minute to upload songs, and then the error message came up.

I deleted the file I put on my hard drive, and then put a new one from the disk in its place, yet it is still doing the same thing.

Can anyone help?

can you post a diagnostics of your mac os also try updating graphic and sound drivers on your mac
