Sorry to comment on such an old thread, but I have just came up with the idea of making a Christmas park. I downloaded something which gave snow by using a firework... It works just like snow, but not sure if it covers areas or just in a specific place. If you want to know more message back and I will find out what it's called as I can't remember without going into the game, but currently looking for Christmas stuff.
