Welcome to 1992, Versey Park, has just celebrated it's 50th anniversary as a park, by adding a selection of new rides.
The park started back in 1942, when Sir Edward Waters decided to share his land, with the Village of Versey. This was amazing as the residents of the village now had somewhere to visit, and relax.
Over time the park got bigger until Sir Edward died in 1980, it was then that the park stayed as a small village park up until 1988, when his Son Sir Edward Waters the second, sold the land to Tomster and Co, who set about transforming the park, here are a few pictures of the rides currently at the park.
Old Lizzy, a classic out and back wooden coaster.
Old Lizzy testing, and going like wild fire.
The final Helix.
Weeeeeeee!
A couple of ex fair rides, currently at the park.
A wild and Crazy spinning Barrels, called "Rub a dub Tub" themed around water and bathing (Theming to come soon)
So Tomster and Co, are set to transform the park from a done in wreck to an amazingly complex, theme park...But what do they have instore?
