Hi, I was just wondering if you could make tunnels more decorative and interesting. Is it possible to put scenery items in the tunnels itself?

I also have another question regarding terrain blocks. Is it possible to use the terrain tools on the terrain blocks? I've tried many times and it seems like the terrain tools would not work on the terrain blocks.
