I'm doing the island hopping scenario in vanilla RCT3. My debt is at $0. I have three coasters. Their maximum speeds are 125, 89, 92km/h. They are all more than 800m long.

That's all of the objectives for acquiring the Tycoon hat, yet I don't even have the apprentice hat. The objectives screen doesn't even acknowledge that I've paid off my loan. There are no checkmarks on any of the objectives - and I know I've completed them all.

Is there a cheat to artificially complete the scenario? Because I can't seem to make the game aknowledge that I've completed my objectives. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thats weird.. I dont have any suggestons, I mean besides just replaying the level. Yeah Sorry I cant be of that much assistance. Thats so weird though, Ive never heard of this happening before. this site has a list of all the cheats for the game, so that might help I'd check that out.
