I've been noticing that my staff members are not happy. It seems to happen in scenarios/parks with money, it doesn't seem to happen in parks/scenarios with unlimited money. I have noticed that certain staff complain that they're bored and that they're being run ragged. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing makes them happy. I'm getting tired of staff quitting. Can someone please give me suggestions to make them happy so that I can keep my staff?

Give them discipline (i don't know what button it is) or if you have soaked, name a guest Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It will make all of the staff fully trained for about $1000. When I did it, none of the staff members complained. And don't enter it again during a game because it will freeze.

Training them (for some weird reason) always works.

Well, duh. Lol. It should make sense. Training=Better. But the cheat works best.
