Hey I have a quick question. How do you get billboards on RCT3 with windows 7. I don't remember how I did it on XP, so I need help.

Go to the scenery, and there is a billboard icon. Click that and select a picture or short video.

Like lets say I made a smiley face picture. I save it to My Documents\Pictures, but it doesnt show up in game.
