In the download section ''Pyro'', are some files with extension .frw. How can I change them to .fwd (.frw won't work). Example: 12345.frw to 12345.fwd handmatic change, but this won't work... Can Anyone help me???

Check this picture for info:
   

Right click on the file, click rename. Remove the .frw and replace it with .fwd. Hope that helped.

I have no idea what is wrong, all I do is put my downloaded firework in the folder and wahla and their it is in RCT3.

You shouldnt have to change the extension, a .frw file is a fireworks effect, and a .fwd file is a mix master display. So in your "my documents" folder there should be a RCT3 folder and in that is a FireworksEffects folder, which is where the .frw files go, and there should be a Fireworks folder and this is where the .fwd files go.
