I'm looking into buying a faster computer, for my games. I don't mind if it's a tower computer or laptop. But it needs to be fast and have a good CPU.

I'm using a dell computer with windows 7, its really nice. 2.6 GHz Processor 4.5 GB Memory 350 GB Hardware.

Thanks guys. I'll look into them both. I can modify the gateway if I have to buy one, because my old laptop is literally falling apart, and I use this one for office work.

6gb of DDR 3 1600 + ram, (12gb is slightly slower) and 6 is plenty for now

u could look for a dual socket motherbaord but dont know if they have one for the i7

i think dell is the best brand for a general computer.

If you're into laptops check out Acer's. Real solid products with a lot of power behind them to push some of the energy sucking games.

A lot of RAM with a lot of space. More than enough to run RCT3 and support a "mega park."

That last one I saw at costco! But I think he wants a laptop. :/
