I tried putting it on a billboard in RCT3 and it didn't work?

If you want a video intro, I'm afraid it will suck until I learn Adobe After Effects as well as I did Photoshop. All I really know how to do now is add an image overlay and do green screen effects.

Alex I got my picture to work. I just had to open it in paint and then save it as a different picture file. Can you also make me another uone?
