I think He is wondering the same question i am wondering. Is it possible, that we can say, create tracks in No Limits, and some how import it into RCT3. I know people will say it isn't possible, but I'm sure there is a way, I think its a matter of will anyone tell us how to do so.

because as much as i like to make rollercoasters and ride them, It is not fun, when thats the ONLY THING u can do. There no people that can ride it, no park your in to create more rides. All u can do is, make ONE rollercoaster, ride itm, save it, make new, and thats all,

So if there is a way to some how make a track in no Limits and import it into RCt3 can somebody please xplain?

Yes, it is technically possible to export a No Limits track and import it into RCT3. And it is legal.

But it is not a recommended procedure. You have to use (too) many different tools, most of them are quite complicated. A lot of efforts are involved. And the result is slowing down RCT3 (lagging) because of too high polygon count.

There are plenty of custom tracks out there, if thats what you mean. They just take a lot of time and effort to make. You can export it from No-Limits or custom make them in a 3D modeling program. Here are a few.
