He's saying what if one of those programmers from Atari or something let us buy their simulators. Ones that have rides, trees, coasters and everything is placed perfect and the coasters are really smooth. Get it?

ohh, i get. I don't have any idea about buying a simulator. Besides, this is more than just for roller coasters, this is the whole theme park experience xD
