Try pressing the SPACE bar. I'd copy and make a download on my site for you of the Rct3 files and tell you to delete yours and put mine in, but I have platinum so it probably wouldn't work. You could find something like that for deluxe on the web. Some of your files could be damaged!
As I said I reinstalled the game several times, copying the 'healthy' files over and over again. It might have something to do with other parts, be it software or hardware, of my PC. I hoped someone could read something suspicious in the dxdiag.

Here's good advice: go get as much money as you can for the game while it still has value. Save up money and buy another one. That sounds like the best idea right now.

I replied already but it used to this on my old pc and it works now, that goes to prove the you don't need a new game/s disc, just depends on the condition of the CD drive or the CD alone.
I appreciate every bit of help you guys can give me, but I can almost certainly rule out problems with my CD. As I said, no problems on other PCs.

Sorry to say, but it looks like you'll have to settle with Rct2. Or get a new pc.
