Go to RCT3, and right click. On that menu, click properties. Then in the properties menu, hit the compatibility tab. Try all the options. I run Vista, and play the game in compatibility with Windows XP service pack 2. Hope this helps, and that it's new info.

just a simple answer : WAIT!, if you just installed RCT3 for first time they will be loading the First Time too, so they will be loading all componenents to ready the RCT3. you can just open Options.txt in RCT3 Installation Folder!
