Here are some ideas D.
Don't have every page so black and empty (if you can't decide on what else to put just make everything bigger, fonts, pictures, etc.). Plus, have a little lighter color.
Don't use RctGo's banner (it just makes your site look bad).
Instead of "It's the trust we have in our members" (it doesn't really help your website), have "Your number one stop shop for RollerCoaster Tycoon stuff" or something "Attractive" like that.
Try to have "Exciting" stuff (awesome pictures, fonts, colors, etc.).
Try to use free advertising opportunities like, http://www.freeadvertising4.com/
