Where can I get images for signs and Billboards

#1
I hav downloaded some items and tracks that have signs and billboards, l.c.d tv's etc.. My question is how do I put a picture on them, and where can I get pre-made pics for the game? Once I have them, what folder do I place them in?

Best regards

NOTE: What I am about to say does not work on Windows 7 and needs Wild. Go to scenery> billboards> custom image> (choose an image). You can look in the Wild readme for best billboard sizes. You don't have to put them in a certain file, just save it where your heart desires.

Unfortunitely, I'm running a 4 yo computer with vista, "YUK", lol. And I have RCT3 Platinum w/both expansions. When I do what you suggested, it says that, but yet it's not finding any pictures in my user/pictures folder.

Now that I think of it, Vista needs a user-made patch for it to work. I don't know where to get it though Frown

I had the same problem with Vista. Follow the instructions in this very helpful video. Then when you put you pictures in the /RCT3 folder, they actually show up in the game.

Hope this helps!

I tried being normal, but it was terribly boring, so I gave it up for Lent.

this actually works. moral of the story...read what this guy is typing carefully and don't make typos. I was able to upload my computer's pictures onto various billboards..and it queued them nicely.. Really made my day to have something personal work on my theme park.
