I am struggling at making 512x512 images for RCT3 Importer. I am pressing Create Ovl but I go to add the texture and it says: "Its not square, you need 512x512 pixels. Please help.

Not sure. Note: not all images will work (I don't know why, but they just don't).

I'm working on some custom scenery too and I use Microsoft Picture It to resize my images. It's free, and easy to use. You can resize with Paint but not to pixel dimensions, only to percentages.

If you have windows 7 tho, you can't use Picture it, but Get Paint is awesome and free. http://www.getpaint.net/
