How do you put in pics for billboards? I looked to a tutorial on youtube, but it was very hard for me to understand?

Can someone explain it to me?

scenery>billboard(on very bottom, Wild needed for billboards)>custom image>click an image>choose a billboard on the right

Nope this doesn't help.. How do I put Images in the rct(billboards) map?

you can choose all images right from your computer.

YOU MUST HAVE WINDOWS XP and WILD TO HAVE BILLBOARDS

^^I have billboards on a vista computer. As Diaruga said, you could use that tut, but I dunno if it works. I used this one:
