I just got a new computer. Reinstalled RCT3 and I placed my Custom Scenery folders in without any hassle. Now, I have the Nightflight Wingrider CTR along with an Imagineer John X-Car, S-Car and Floorless train.

The problem? On my old computer I put them in Program Files (x86)/Atari/RollerCoasterTycoon3 Platinum/Cars/TrackedRideCars (the custom designed cars) and Program Files (x86)/Atari/RollerCoasterTycoon3 Platinum/tracks/TrackedRides (the custom designed tracks).

I had to do that exact same thing on my new computer. However, on the new computer the rides are only showing up in Sandbox. But on the old computer the rides showed up in all places where I could build a coaster (Sandbox, Career Mode, Custom Scenarios, etc).

My question is this: Why, on this new computer, are the CTRs only showing up in Sandbox Mode this time around? And if there's a way to fix it, how would I fix it?

On an unrelated side note, I'll give bonus points to anyone to can tell me how to unlock the locked tricks in the Dolphin Show Mix Master :P Not needed for this thread, but I would like to know, two birds one stone.

I don't know about the above, but if you use the Start New Scenario, you can change the available/ unavailable objects, tricks, and more!

I see. Because I was able to load saved scenarios from the custom scenario section of the game's menu and load custom rides at a later time. As I stated, this stopped working when i got my new computer (old computer was Vista, this one is Windows 7 if that helps)

But I can't use it til I figure out why CTRs suddenly stopped showing up in my Custom Scenario parks (and Career Mode and the Coaster Editor >_>)

As long as it has the Nightflight CTR. These are the exact same downloads I used on my old computer. Backed everything up prior to getting the new one, so I'll copy and replace.

EDIT: I downloaded the B&M Wingrider CTR and it's still only showing up in Sandbox... and still not in Custom Scenario...
