and then i dont know what to do
and where to open the download in RTC3:|

if its a zipped file right click and exsract all
go to document rct3
then since u want a house go to stuctures and drag the file in
go to rct3 go to stuctures load and the file should be there

i can post pictures if you still need help=)
EDIT: go to building not stuctures

You just save the file into the appropriate folder and they appear in Rct3. I'm sorry I didn't explain before.... theres a sticky at the top of this section if you need some more help.

download to desktop then
put it the correct rct3 folder as chicken selects said

if your stuffs in the documents the go to documents then rct3
if your files for rct3 are there.
