Splitting coasters are included in RCT3.

You need the expansion packs to get it. (Soaked, Wild)

For the benefit of those who need to see posts that are perfect (^^^), both responses are incorrect. The correct response, lord, is that the splitting coaster comes with the Wild! expansion pack.
