The only thing we can really do is tell you to get a better ISP; if it were a server-side issue other people would be having the same problem. Just give it some time and try again later.

vanellope, what operating system are you using on your computer?
The reason I ask, on my old computer a few years ago I had some problems with files being out of date or something like that. I had windows7Â on that computer, for some reason I couldn't get my computer to get past a certain point uploading content online. Don't know if that had anything to do with it, but haven't had a problem since.
