Bump. I had to reinstall Win 7 on my laptop and now it works like a charm! Here is my desktop now, I am working to personalize it how it was in my other shot. Some things might not be there, like RCT2, SmartMusic, Photoshop, and Punch!, but I can live without them.

NO, its a theme thats supposed to look like the windows phone (or windows 8 :P)

Microsoft actually released a "Consumer Preview" or demo for windows 8, which is what I assumed it was. It has a normal desktop like Windows 7 but there is also another thing that looks like that.
