Do you mean changing it from full-screen to a smaller size?

I mean how do I get the full screen to move 160 degrees?

Sorry I guess i'm not being clear. I want to rotate my park so I can see it from all 4 sides. Thank you all who are trying to help.

That will only get you up and down and side to side. I want to completly rotate. I know there is a way to do it. Just cant remember.

.... How about changing the settings for the mouse controls so that it's on "Freelook" instead of "Isometric"? ._.
