I have Windows Vista.

I had a similar problem in that the game couldn’t seem to locate the folder for the pictures, until I spent about an hour determined to work out what the problem was. I discovered that during install of the game RCT3 actually created a pictures folder inside my documents folder and that I had deleted it during a system clean-up.

I recreated the folder in the same location from where I had deleted it, copied and pasted in some sample images and presto! No more problem.

Second, you have to make your own billboards. Or you could ask somebody to make it. I do logo requests, so I can make you one.
