Game crashes when placing structure

#1
I just finished a stadium that I am trying to place in one of my sandbox parks. I recently copy/paste a park from scenario that I made, to parks folder so I can have access to all cs's instead of waiting for them to be invented. As soon as I click load structure to place in the park it crashes. This is what windows tells me after:

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: RCT3plus.exe
Application Version: 3.2.8.13
Application Timestamp: 434e4089
Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll
Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18541
Fault Module Timestamp: 4ec3e3d5
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 0006653b
OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
Additional Information 1: a1cb
Additional Information 2: a1119369c6bca5c71218eca576eb789e
Additional Information 3: 33d1
Additional Information 4: 07e371977aa1e8c4a36c4095758a41b3

Does anyone have an idea as to how to fix this, or why this is happening. I've placed the stadium in new sandboxes with no difficulty, just a bit of a wait because the structure is really detailed. Could this be because of the park itself? Because it was originally a scenario park? Any thoughts or ideas will be very helpful.

Best regards,

I think this happend because it's too detailed and big.
- your computer is too slow or has not enough 'speed' to place it

But it's not the park that is different. If you save it you can put it in every park you want..

Hope this helps a bit Smile

More than likely that's it. My labtop is almost 4 years old and I got it when vista first came out. It doesn't even have a dedicated video card, it was a black friday walmart special Eek. It sucks that I can't make the park that I want, but at least I can build and upload for everyone else to enjoy.

Before I tried anything else, I would run an anti-virus program such as malwarebytes. Often trouble with an ntdll.dll is a virus issue. If that comes up with nothing, trying uninstalling and re-installing the dll.

for instructions on how to do this...

I tried being normal, but it was terribly boring, so I gave it up for Lent.

I would also recommend increasing your virtual memory as well. Try also to set your game settings lower, like turning off shadows for example. It also helps in the lag.
