You read that correctly. It’s impossible. Even without CS, in a park that size the game will lag and crash, usually at about the time you’re just thinking your park might almost be there. Just like yours, my parks definitely lag and/or crash when they are large, crowded and I am adding more and more to them. One can turn down the settings but who wants to continue putting more and more into a park that one can see less and less of?

At a bare minimum, 2GB. You can get by with 1GB but you will only be getting by.

Cant wait to have a full park with lots of coasters …..
Thanks for your comment. I would like to have Concordia Gardens on a 254x254 map with all the CS, rides, stalls, guests, staff and animals I can get into the park. Originally I built my parks for the guests but now I find I’m building them for myself. Still, there’s nothing like a busy park.

I’m sure that’s what Theme Park Studio is going to end up being called, unofficially. However, if we look at things as they stand today there are a great many people out there still interested in RCT2. If Theme Park Studio can’t give me a park the likes of Concordia Gardens on a 254x254 map (or bigger) with all the CS, rides, stalls, guests, staff and animals I can get into the park, in a years time I’m going to be one of those people who’s stuck in RCT3 while everyone else is raving about Theme Park Studio.
