Did your videos record quickly as if they were recording in real time as fast as playback speed, or did the record take a long time with lots of lag?

Go to this post to see how you place the rides without building them each time. If the shortcut takes you to the top of the page then go down to post #7:

By default RCT3 puts videos in your “My Documents\Videos” folder. To watch, go to that folder, double click on the file and your default media player will play the video.

Take a TRK file and put it in Documents/RCT3/Tracks. Then open RCT3 and find the type of roller coaster. In the bottom left corner, you'll see a folder with an arrow coming out. Click on that. Select the coaster name and open it. It will take a while to open the coaster, but when you do, choose where to place it and click. Then you have the coaster all ready. You'll have to re-do the queue lines though.

To find your RCT3 Videos, go to Videos/RCT3.

Thanks for the help everyone Smile

Does anyone get the problem where during their game it freezes for a second and then goes black for a second and them continues as normal, then does it again and again. It's really annoying, can anyone tell me why it happens or how to fix it?

O.K. You recorded the video as best you could. That leaves the application you used to encode the video in order to get it ready for YouTube. Try editing it again at a higher quality.

I think that would annoy everyone on this site. It would help if you could provide us with some specs. Would you mind posting details of:

CPU
RAM
graphics card
root drive capacity, including how much space is now available
CD/DVD drive

Use Windows System Information utility to find the information.

Do you have this problem with any other application? How long have you had this problem?

Really sorry but I am not good with computers and have don't know what half of those things mean, and I don't really use the computer for any other applications, only rct3 and the Internet haha. I remember having the problem like a years ago, then it stopped and now it's back again. Also I can give you info on the other stuff you said if you can tell me how to find it or what it is. Really sorry about my ignorance but I'm not really an IT guy, it was one of my worst subject as school, I just like the game haha.

Oh really sorry, forgot to read the windows system info utility bit, will tell you in a sec

Okay I will tell you what it say (not that I know what it mean but you probably will)
model: a6090.uk
rating: 4.2 windows experience index
Processor: intel ® core ™2 CPU. 6700. @2.66GHz. 2.67GHz
memory (RAM): 2.00 GB
system type: 32-bit Operating System

Well that doesn't mean anything to me but hopefully it's useful (the 2GB thing confuses me because it seems really low, my iPod has 16GB)
Sorry for my stupidity if I'm saying things that are extremely blatant
Thanks

Some of the information's useful.

Is that a single core or multi-core processor?

That’s a fair amount of RAM. The index reading is also fine but without knowing how Windows calculated it and with what it’s not really relevant.

Try and find information on:

* graphics card
* root drive capacity, including how much space is now available
* CD/DVD drive if you play your game off the disk. If you use the no CD crack this doesn’t matter.

Use Windows System Information utility to find the information.

Do you have this problem with any other application? How long have you had this problem?

Your computer has 2GB of RAM but could have 100 GB disk capacity or 500GB disk capacity (root drive capacity). Your iPod has a disk inside it with a total disk capacity of 16GB.

I didn't use any program to encode them. nor did I edit them. I took the file out of the videos folder and uploaded them.

Sorry I have no idea how to find those things, but thankfully it had stopped doing it for a bit. Just incase could you tell where I could find that information?

Also, I don't know if this is possible in the game but how do you get sound effects for your rides. For example, if I'm marketing a ride with a dragon in it, is it possible to get a roaring sound effect pr something ?

Is it possible to get sound effects on rides like in speakers or something, and if so, how?
