So how did the founding fathers know what would work for everyone? It's as if they had a standard to base the laws of this country on. Now I ask you could this standard be?
Ever heard of the Revolutionary War, what it was fought for and who it was against?
This stuff is taught in High School.
When you see a lot of the wrong things being done, you don't repeat the same mistakes.
If you believe that you are smarter than all of the founding fathers were and you can write up a more fair and completely comprehensive US Constitution I would be more than happy to read it.
To be honest, we are straying away from the Constitution and the Amendments...
Many Muslims use their antique religious book to justify murder.
Christians used to do the exact same thing. Those parts are still in the bible about when it is ok to kill you slaves, your wife and your kids. There is even a part about ripping the unborn fetus from the belly of the women of your enemy.
People have instincts. No one needed to teach you how to swallow. You just automatically knew. No one has to teach you not to harm another person. Where it goes wrong is if you were damaged or had been taught that harming others is ok. For the latter you can blame whoever taught you that wrong is right.
There has never been an absolute truth that all have followed. That is why there have been so many different gods and countless religions on this planet throughout the ages. They all say the others are wrong because the book they wrote and follow to suit their agenda to control people is the right one. Who is to say which one is the right one?
